STEP 1 : Register/Login As a Member
- You are welcome to be a Yesyouonline Store’s member. It is FREE registration to be our member to enjoy the member privilege price and member’s events or activities.
- Just a simple step, click on “Register” and fill up all the relevant information from the system prompt. Please ensure all of the information are accurate to identify your order enquiry if any.
- Click “Log in” if you already are a member of Yesyouonline.
STEP 2 : Select Product(s)/Item(s) You Wish to Order For
- Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
- Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
- You’ll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don’t have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
STEP 3 : Checkout To Confirm Proceed Your Order
- You’ll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “Continue to Shipping Method” button.
- From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “Continue” button.
- Next you’ll need to choose your payment method then click “Place Your Order” button.
- After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
- Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
STEP 4 : Make Payment

After you made the payment, please send us the payment details of :

- Log-in your account → Click on “My Account” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.
- Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
- Click Submit.
- A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.
We are unable to amend orders once delivery is in process. It is best to ensure that the correct order has been inputted prior to making payment.
Delivery usually will takes about 2-3 workings days upon confirmation and verification of the receipt of payment and 2-3 weeks for PRE-ORDER items.
Deliveries are carried out through a third party agent. In the event that nobody’s home when the delivery crew arrives, our delivery agents would call to arrange another time of delivery.
